I've been to a few Krystals and the food is on par with other locations. The building, on the other hand is in serious disrepair and in need of a deep cleaning. Ceiling tiles are stained and ready to fall. The staff was pleasant and the service was average.
Ignore the noise. This location is very clean and the food is fresh. Our food was made to order and could not have been any better. The restaurant hosts were friendly. We always stop here on our Baltimore to Jacksonville road trips. Pro tip: the CHIK is now a much larger sandwich.
