We visited the day before Valentines, it was busy, but our waitress was good and super efficient. I had the chicken and it was great as always, my boyfriend had ribs and the chicken. He said the chicken was great but the ribs lacked flavor. The Brussel sprouts are a favorite so no complaints there. All in all for how busy the restaurant was I would still give it a high score.
Everything was wonderful, food and it's presentation, service and atmosphere. Was extremely hungry when going there and ended up ordering more than I could eat in one sitting. Leftovers are going to be delicious ?.

The Wild West Shrimp is to die for. Make sure to order Blue Moon Beer with it. Excellent. We've eaten there multiple times and, so far, all the meals have been perfect. The steaks and seafood are really good. Pretty reasonably priced too considering the rampant inflation that the government claims doesn't exist. [smirk] Anyway, tis LongHorn is worth the trip.
