My husband and I wanted to try a different place for breakfast. We were not disappointed! Eggs, grits, sausage, with a side of hashbrowns and biscuit and gravy for our meals. Super good! A wonderful Southern homestyle meal. It was served on styrofoam and plasticware but will take that if it keeps prices decent (which they were). We will go again if we get the opportunity.
Outstanding customer service from every employee!!! It felt like a wonderful family atmosphere.Shared a table with a gentleman who had lost his wife after many years!!! I guess he appreciated the kindness shown to him and unexpectedly, he picked up our ticket and paid for it too. This day was their Anniversary !!!I wish I could have gotten his information to show our true gratitude and deep appreciation.

We love visiting mom and pop restaurants, especially when we travel. There weren't many to choose from that sold breakfast all day, we got there around noon for breakfast. Maggie Mae's certainly has the feel of a small town diner with the friendly service and a lot of locals eating there (police, firemen, city hall workers and citizens).
