Employees were very friendly. We were very unsure of what we wanted when we arrived as it had been over 3 years since going to a Panera Bread location. Cashier didn't rush us, asked if we had questions, and gave us all the time we needed to make our decisions. She continued to do other tasks that she needed to complete and checked in with us a few times to see if we were ready yet. We dined there at 8:00. They were out of baguettes, so we couldn’t get the sandwiches we wanted. I ordered the chicken tikka masala soup, but they didn’t have that either…”it’s out of season, but we haven’t taken the sign down yet”. The soup that I did order was not hot…warm, but hardly the temp it should have been. This was a quick pit stop to grab breakfast while continuing my drive to NC. Clear evidence of my change in eating habits as I couldn't eat any of it. As a gluten free, bread free, mostly vegan, I'm sticking to coffee at Panera. That's just me.
