I've been to the Buford location a few times, and every time I get exceptional service. The staff are always smiling and attentitive. I have food sensitivities, so sometimes my orders and questions could annoy an impatient person, but I don't get that here. Nicholas delivered exceptional service, the bobarista with aqua hair made the perfect taro bubble teas, and the food was so satisfying. It was great. We are from out of town and we always try new places, this one did not disappoint. :)Kid-friendliness: We had my grandchildren, a 2 year old and a 4 month old, plus my service dog and the people were very friendly and helpful to us.

We stopped in for dinner and we were pleasantly pleased from the moment we walked in. Our server Frank promptly came over with ice cold water and friendly conversation.
