Shogun is one of our favorite places to go as a family. It might be a chain restaurant but the food is always good and plenty of it and the chef cooking it right in front of you is fun. Always a favorite place to help celebrate a birthday or special outing.
So this establishment definitely dropped the ball on this evening. Not only where we rushed to make an order. After we were served our salad and soup a( Roach ) literally crawled from the burner/grill straight where I was sitting. Then after that the food didn't look fresh and when our cook try to break three eggs one of them were hard boiled. Then after that point the cook spilled water all over myself and my guests.
