I don't know what other reviews are on about, my food has always arrived hot and almost always correct. When a driver forgot my soda, he ran back to the store to grab it for me! Or when they gave me the wrong wings by mistake, they remade it and sent it out. I've been ordering both delivery and take out for years & my household loves their food. Plus the customer service is great in my experience!
Received a text stating my order was ready for pick up at 7:22. Arrived 7:28. Worker at counter looks around for order and and order is nowhere to be found. Worker comes to counter and says, it's going to be 5-10min. Don't know what kind of service this is but it definitely needs work. Left at 7:36 after waiting!

We eat from Papa John's quite frequently. Food is always hot, the people that work there are excellent. Very friendly and they do their best to make the pizza as you asked. We usually walk in and order it and wait to pick it up. Pretty much guaranteed that it's going to be hot.
