Wonderful customer service. One young lady was cleaning the floor and tables. A young man came out to start taking our orders. Very nice young man. But Mrs Dee is who showed much love and kindness. She was super funny and her customer service was impeccable ??
With all the negative reviews on this location, I have only had one negative review one evening. The young guy was very annoyed with my orders. With being a former employee years back, I completely understand customer service. Not to mention I worked at this actual location, so I do understand how busy this store gets. I placed a online order, picked it up and got home to find the cheese missing off my Philly, no biggie, stuff happens, I get it. I normally don't call to complain, but did call to let them know, nicely. The young man that was in charge(didn't catch his name) went out of his way to personally make me another sandwich at no charge. Great customer service! Food was awesome as usual.
