If i could give a zero star review i 100% would. I brought my family here for dinner before we went to see Christmas lights and man was that a mistake. Lets start with the young lady running the register in my 20 years of management i would never put here around customers. She absolutely look and acted like she absolutely hated her job and life. Stopped in on Veterans Day and c was told they are not participating in the Veterans Day Sandwich today.I'll cross Zaxby-s off my list is restaurants to eat at the other 364 days a year.

Placed a pickup order , was told they were out of wings and the guy said he could not give refund since his manager was hot there , ok cool so we ordered big zax snack since he could not give refund. Boy big mistake the food is horrible. Over cooked strips old fries... Waste of money I should have left and went somewhere else and delt with refund at another time. Disappointing.I did email back and no response....
