Family gathering at Olive garden. While we were comfortable at our table of 10, the food was ok, the service was very slow. It had been years since I had been to Olive Garden, it will be years until I go back.

I will start by saying we were in town visiting from Virginia. We had a party of 6, 2 of which were twin 3 yr olds. Our server was amazing. She took care of all our needs perfectly, including getting the twins to help with the grating of their cheese. We really apprecited her. The only problem we had was someone had given my plate to another table, so while my family was eating I had to wait for the kitchen to re-make my food. They did end up comping my meal. Wow ! What happened ! We had to wait for someone to seat us. A guy at the Bar came over saying he had been waiting 15 minutes to be waited on. I order soup but waiter said they were out of the soup on the second bowl. We were both charged for soup & salad. There should of been an adjustment on the bill. Very dissatisfied !
