Caught a flat and had to change it on the parking lot. The manager came out to check on us. I appreciate the concern and the offer to help! The food was burger king food however the humanity was appreciated!
The staff here is great. They’re fast and friendly with burgers/food that are well made, not skimpy on toppings and fresh. I’ve messed up my order once or twice and they’ve always made it right even when they didn’t have to. So appreciate the excellent customer service.

They food was good, but I’m writing this review to highlight the AMAZING customer service Kathy and the other staff members provided. Kathy was amazing and super sweet. She made my day after a long morning on the road. I tried to complete the Burger King survey, but for some reason the survey code on my receipt is not working. However, I hope the store owner sees this and reward their staff for the excellent work.
