It has been years since I've been to a Moe's restaurant. I just wanted to give it try again yesterday. I was not very impressed. I ordered a quesadilla and the employee made it completely wrong. Instead of laying it on the flat top and warming it, she proceeded to fold it in half and trying to hit it with the heated press. As a result, my tortilla was almost crispy. My family and I stopped to grab dinner tonight, all the employees welcomed us in with smiles. However, I was very disappointed in the manager, no smile, rude tone, and was real quick to tell us what was included in our purchase. The whole reason why we stopped In was because I had a coupon from the cartersville discount book, Since it was Moe Monday the manager would not honor the coupon on top of it being Moe Monday. Great place to get a quick meal, ordered in and it didn't take 10 minutes to get my food. It is very clean the Employees are great the food is Awesome!!!Wheelchair accessibility: They have access for wheelchairs at front entrance and parking too.
