The young lady at the front counter, bless her heart....No exaggeration she probably said "I'm sorry sweetheart" a thousand times! Lol..... I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say I caught them at They rush because they was discombobulated.Food was good but service was subpar.? Hot fresh food.
I had the BEST customer service ever! Though the food has much to be desired, the young who served me by the name Latoya Wise was the epitome of excellent customer service. There was a long wait to place the order at the drive thru however, her customer service was worth the wait. Because of her jovial personality, I kept smiling as I approached the window. She was apologetic, congenial & efficient. I received my order under 15 seconds. Ms Wise is gets a 5star!
