I arrived at 12:30am on January 24, 2024. I mention this so you can better figure out the name of the employee I had an issue with since I didn't get her name. I assume she was the manager on duty taking drive thru orders.. She was extremely rude. The food was nice and good my only problem was there were a few people who came in and they made them use the kiosk to place their orders. Several people walked out due to this problem.
This is by far the best Taco Bell in Cartersville GA. I have eaten from the other two Taco Bell's in Cartersville but they don't compare to the to this one. Every time I order from this restaurant the whole staff is always friendly. They take pride in what they do and they genuinely care about each customer.
