We have been so disappointed in many restaurants serving “cheap versions” of authentic food but the food here was original and well prepared. My trout was perfectly cooked, my husband’s chicken pharm sandwich was delicious and the cauliflower gratin was to die for! Definitely worth checking out.”

“This was my first visit. The menu isn't crazy large but there are plenty of good options. I got the shrimp and grits and was blown away. The shrimp was in a crazy good sauce and was over the creamiest grits ever. I'll definitely be back!”

“Food & drinks were off the charts amazing! Glad to have tasty gluten-free options here in town. We started with the pimento cheese & GF toast, and split the RC burger & broken potatoes for our entree. The portion of potatoes was very generous, and could easily be split between 2-3 people. Staff was friendly & attentive, even on a busy Saturday night. We ate inside for our date night, but the outdoor seating is perfect for mild weather. Highly recommend making a reservation at least a couple days in advance. Will definitely be back!”

“I had been hiking in the park all day and my hiking partner made a reservation for us. Even though I was embarrassingly underdressed for such a classy place, they not only allowed me in, but they also made me feel like royalty while I was there. I can't remember when I have experienced such friendliness and hospitality from a restaurant staff. And the food was just as good as the service. The honey almond chicken is amazing!! “On March 23, I was in Chattanooga for a business trip from Chicago. I used Google and TikTok to help me find a vegan restaurant. I decided to try Cashew. Let me start off by saying I was highly impressed by the aesthetics of the restaurant. It was pretty, clean and hip. I ordered the jackfruit nacho over the phone and it was ready upon my arrival. I met the owner of the restaurant and she was super nice. I was highly impressed by the jackfruit nacho. It was super delicious even my non-vegan co-workers said it looked good. The next day I came back to Cashew for the Bierria tacos and they were also delicious . I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Chattanooga, the food does not disappoint, the atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. I am grateful to find a good vegan restaurant when I’m traveling.”

“Took my family here on our Spring Break vacation.The Gyro Bowl my wife and I had were delicious.Ordering was done on a touchscreen board to help speed up orders which was great.Everything tasted great and the price was good.Its located right next to the Inclined Railway so if you are waiting on your ticket time you can definitely get a good meal here.ALSO right next door is an ice-cream shop so its a one stop and done for a great meal and desert option.The place was small but cozy, I love that they decorated the ceiling tiles with Colorful patterned fabric.Would eat here again.Parking: Large pay to park lot behind this place as it located right at the Incline Railway.
