MANAGEMENT: I must admit that I experienced superb & extraordinary service at Church's on 12/22/2023 from Jessica C & Teryon Archer. Those two were the absolute best with their customer service & delivery. My mom and I visited the store on Old National Hwy where she lives in Columbia, SC (no more Church's chicken) and she loved the food and loved the customer service from those two ladies. Employees on phone lying all over counter and using all kinds of language. My first thought after entering was "this place is run by hood rats. That's the honest truth. I have never experienced such unprofessional people including management .

The lady at the window with the cornrows to the back offered excellent customer service and shout out to the cooks for frying the chicken to perfection! I haven’t ate there in years anywhere and it was fire!!!
