I eat breakfast at Krystal pretty often. Their sunrisers are the best, especially with the new approach to making them with real eggs and poultry. The food us good the majority of the time, and sometime the Customer service is too, but in the past week I've went on 2 seperate occasions to be told they didn't have the ingredients to make more than 1 sunriser or 1 bacon breakfast bowl. Breakfast of grits,eggs, bacon, and toast was freshly cooked, prepared while waiting, with the wait. Customer service was excellent. The drive thru attendant was cheerful and thorough when our order was placed. She took time to make sure the order was correct and the male attendant who brought our order to the car was cheerful when he spoke to us and thanked us for our business. All condiments and napkins needed were included in the bag. I was pleased with the food and service.

A ceiling time had fallen because of a leak in the roof. That happens. No big deal. They said the dining room was closed because of this. I get that. Having 5 kids running around the dining room and climbing on tables while saying the dining room wasn't safe and neither were the restrooms because one tile fell I don't get.
