“Your Krystal’s need to cook is that alright?”Went to the 13th street location and the drive through line was wrapped all the way around the restaurant not to mention the people ALWAYS waiting for food in the parking lot. 10-15 minute wait with 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru. Not the first time this has happened. I'm just done with this place. Either can't find people to work or just slow and lazy. Don't think this place will be open much longer.

Went to order a meal for my friends and family the cashier lady tried to tell me how to order my food for multiple people customer service sucks and will not be coming back whoever that person was, needs to replaced and blacklisted from all fast food services
