My stars are from having good service at the drive thru, and my food was hot. Fries were fresh even my burnt sandwich was hot. My issue is my chicken was burnt and it came along with a rolled up burnt piece of cheese, so burnt I thought they put salami or pepperoni on my sandwich.
Nuggets and fries ? were not freshly prepared. Asked for barbecue sauce and received ranch dressing instead. Ruined my appetite! Gave them 3 stars for their efforts. Will not be returning any time soon.

I love the Zaxby's Zensation salad. It's my favorite item and what I had on this visit. I've never had anything at Zaxby's I disliked. The Bleu Cheese salad is also terrific. The staff has always been polite, and the service, speedy. Whenever there was a slight issue with something, they've resolved it to my complete satisfaction. Extra forks or napkins? No problem.
