I had a burger craving, n a friend took me way out to get my 1st Freddy's regular burger. The service was fine, the staff were all great, but the burger was not, it was dry n flavorless. I feel like if you are gonna flatten out a piece of beef, the fat content should be there, to make it juicy. Otherwise it could be any protein, made to look like beef n flattened. Freddy’s is the only burger place I can eat at. It’s just hands down the best burgers you can get at any fast food restaurant. Especially here in Covington. I almost always get the patty melt meal. And the hot chocolate sundae is out of this world. Customer service is always great, they’re friendly and polite. I’ve been here quite a few times and never had any issues.

Whenever I dine in, it always seems like none of the staff is in a hurry to take my order. They always seem to be huddled up near the drive-through window, contemplating whose going to come to the counter to take my order. ???♂️ Other than that, the food is good and the atmosphere is fine.
