Asked for a cup for water. Was given a large cup and charged for a large fountain drink (around $3).I asked if I had to be charged for a fountain drink to get tap water and was told they had to charge for the cup.I passed on the cup/upcharge and they took it back after I held it and put it on the stack of cups. Thought that was unusual.
Went in to get a salad (turkey provolone) and my husband a giant 13 on rosemary. As I'm watching the container of lettuce it's empty and the young lady is scraping and I say I don't want that lettuce (nicely) she gets upset after she says it's the same I say you can't get a full container she refused so I didn't want it. Having come here regularly I have experienced great service from most of the staff. I have witnessed unfortunately how rude and psychotic most of the customers are. I mean its just a sandwich. Reading some of the comments I have probrably been present when these people lost their marbles. Keep it up guys.
