So I ordered an iced black coffee with cream and sugar. I asked for sugar in it I asked for milk in it when I get to the window they act like they were confused about what I asked for. I always come to this Panera Bread with my son who is 7 yrs old. Ms. Amiya greeted us with a beautiful smile and took our order. Once we sat down with our food my son wanted to get a cinnamon roll with his cash. I’m teaching my son to be confident with money and math. He had $6.00 on him and I asked him to ask Amiya how much it was. Her interaction with my son was so touching. She told him the price and had him to do the subtraction. Dashed in for a green smoothie, literally had only ten minutes before my 1:00 p.m. appointment during a very busy lunchtime crowd. Made it in and out in under five minutes. I was a hectic day, I received excellent service, my smoothie was fantastic and it saved the day (hungry curved until late afternoon).
