This Jamaican restaurant is a hidden Gem in Covington, GA! Being Jamaican born and raised myself, I take special interest in finding and trying different Jamaican restaurants when I come across them near and far! As of February 2023, and as far as I know, this is 1 of 2 Jamaican restaurants in Covington. I thoroughly enjoy Jamaican food and I've eaten a lot of it from many different places. I must say, the j*** chicken is the best I've ever had. I've been here 4 times now and it's consistently out of this world. I haven't had anything else because i know what the j*** is all about. Can't wait to have the curry goat and oxtail. The sides of the entrees are awesome too. 5 stars for Gwen.

I'm from NY and this is just like a classic hometown Jamaican spot. Good food, priced not so bad.. service is good.. last time I went they took a little long with my food and the girl behind the counter gave me a drink in the house... nice, I'll keep going back.Vegetarian options: You can't go wrong with the cabbage, rice and plantains
