Ordered drive-thru. Arrived home and food was still very hot and very good. I normally don't like their fries but this time around they were very hot and fresh. Was a very normal experience. Nothing was missing and I was given my order in a very timely manner. No complaints here.
Drive thru and a bag had ripped. No problem but girl at drive thru dug the sac full burgers out by sticking fingers inside burger boxes touching all burgers. That would be ok if she had gloves but she didn't and had to wiper her hands afterwards so I know she touched inside my burgers. I won't be back there. NASTY.

Once again, after 10 years I went to give them another try. In my youth, Krystal's was an excellent value and the burgers were small, but tasty. The meat patty has now shrank to paper thin proportions, the pickle is thicker than the patty, lol. Then, along with my FIL, it cost us +$17 for (2) # 1 meals.
