Ordered pizza online and was told that it was ready. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, they didn’t have it ready and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The only way the app would have told me my food was ready is if someone had scanned my order and marked it as ready.
I visited this store for one pizza and as soon as I walked in the lady at the registered said to me “I’m not taking any orders I close at 10.” And then she asked me If I made an order online. And I replied no, then she said how she’s not taking orders because she closes at10 and she needs to “clean” and I said to her it’s only 9:10pm.
