Picked up a mobile order in the drive thru, the employee gave me the wrong drink, and only half the items I paid for. I tried to tell her it was the wrong order, she argued back and said it was right, thats what Im getting. I gave up on the drive through months and months ago after they messed up my orders several times; have been trying to go inside to get better service as the location is convenient to my home. This time I was excited to see the double big mac was back for a limited time but it wasn't on the kiosk menu so I asked for help from a young lady passing by. If they ever ask you to pull in to a parking space DON’T. They will never bring your food out and when you go back in it takes 20 min and multiple people to figure out you even had a order!!!
