Came in late with my crew (5 of us) like 9:50 noticed it said dinning room closes at 10 and was greeted by what im sure was entire staff at that time of night. Asked if we were too late, they told us not at all to take our time and enjoy the visit. Had to wait a little minute...but can't complain because the food we received was popping hot. I hate to say it, but this was a terrible experience. Not sure if this store is under new mgmnt or not, but someone from Corporate / District / Franchise Mgmt needs to step in. Only 3 cars in the drive-thru, it took 12 mins just to arrive at the order board. Drive around to the window and 3 times I was handed the wrong food. Good thing I looked before I drove off. Drove 2 miles back home, 1/2 of the bun on the Beef & Cheddar Sandwich was stale, as if it had been sitting for awhile...read full review

Ordered a Greek gyro and pretty sure they microwaved the whole thing. My tomatoes, onions and lettuce was all very hot and wilted. That is not the normal way it is served. I have had one from here in the past and it was great. Maybe the manager yesterday just didn't run the place right. I may try again and if it is bad then I will not repeat.
