My family and I have eaten here many times and even visited more frequently during COVID so this local spot would stay open. The food is great, but there is a recurring theme that we can no longer ignore and has not gotten better. Employees will go straight from cleaning the dining room to handling or delivering our food. Overall I love Chicken Salad Chic, however I was very disappointed yesterday after receiving several emails about the Mother's Day promotion, you were under prepared for the promotion. You are opened until 8pm but by 5 pm you only 3 choices left and you didn't offer rain checks. So basically working Mother's are not worth your Promotion
