Our server Isaac was very very kind and fun? we all loved him so much.But generally the service was slow , we waited too long for our meals?and my meal was nearly cold ? I am happy with the service received at Cracker Barrel and we are normally happy with the food. The last few times we have gone in the biscuits have been as hard as a brick and not edible. The waitress did replace our biscuits with fresh biscuits, which were as expected, however it did take quite some time for them to come out. There is always a wait when we go in the morning. It never feels like a long wait because we are always distracted by all of the fun retail and gifts.
