I go here pretty regularly for lunch. The food and service are always excellent. I am surprised by the previous bad reviews because I've been going there for over a year and I've never had a bad experience. Today the drive thru lane was backed up because someone thought it was appropriate to place a large order there instead of going inside or ordering ahead. The lettuce wrapped sandwich instead of the bread!!! WOW!!! My new favorite must have. The bread choices there are very limited and I can never finish. This I finished every bite. Amazing! Staff was awesome too.6 thumbs up!!!

Great experience, one of the best Jimmy John's I've been to. Love the drive thru option, the staff was helpful and friendly, made sure I received my JJ rewards, every time I order ahead it's always ready when I get there, love the unwich option to have a healthier alternative. My only complaint and it's a corporate thing, if you want to put ranch on a sandwich, they will give you a container (costs extra) and you have to do it yourself, corporate will not allow them to put it...read full review
