This is a fast food place, but you get your food fast. The customer service is very good. The food is very good and of good quality. You can make healthy choices here and the prices are very reasonable. At first was shocked by the menu redesign but quickly realized it was the same Moe's I have come to love before the pandemic. Good food prepared well. Plenty of seating space. Clean restaurant.

Staff is always very friendly and professional. I'm disappointed in the food portions gradually decreasing. The price has went up for the deals but the bowels are not as full for app orders and the chips bag that used to be full, is now less than half. Please ask if we want a full bag rather than just giving the bare minimum. One of the main reasons I even get Moes is the chips.Vegetarian options: Tofu. 6/10 times they don't have enough ready and I have to wait for it to cook....read full review
