A random 2pm lunch outing. Fully staffed, dined in, single order. Literally took just over ten minutes to get my order. Tacos, really? It was literally freezing inside the dining room and I had a long sleeve and sweatshirt on. Food was good, finished my meal and went to refill my drink.. nope, no such luck. I placed a mobile order around 11pm. I immediately left my house after the order was placed. I live 5 minutes down the road and arrived in a timely manner. My significant other tried to skip the long, slow line by going inside, but both doors were locked! We both agreed that it was late and they maybe had the dining room closed for the night. In less you have an extra 30 minutes to kill I suggest going anywhere but this place. It’s supposed to be fast food but I’ve been in line for almost 30 minutes and haven’t reached the window yet. The way the parking lot is designed you can’t really go around the line to leave even if you wanted to. I will never be back!45 minutes! Unacceptable!
