I mean, it's an Arby's, not a Michelin star restaurant. The food is always decent, but sometimes thrown together rather sloppily, which doesn't ultimately matter when it's dripping with cheese sauce anyway. Some of the staff are awesome and friendly and others are not so much, but they aren't overly rude unless someone gets rude with them. I eat there quite frequently and have yet to have any issues.
I had a coupon for a free small fry and a side of cheese. I was at the drive thru, order went smoothly, the 2 sliders I ordered were pretty good but the curly fries were cold. Bad turn off since that's the only thing I eat from Arby's now. The 4 star is because my husband's food (the two sliders) were good.
