I had the wings which were outstanding. It was a very clean restaurant with a 100 health rating. Husband had the ribs, said he wished he had got the whole slab instead of halfThe owner and staff were very friendly. We will be back on our next visit.
Popped in on our way through Dalton. Good old southern BBQ. Plenty of great food and pleasant service in a nice environment. We will have to visit again the next time we are in Dalton.

I’ve been going to The Rib Shack since 1994 or before and that’s when Mrs Miller introduced “The Dragon Lady” it a fine hot sauce and it is a little spice but the bomb, try it if you haven’t don’t knock it.
