My wife and I were passing through Dalton and saw this restaurant near our hotel. We decided to give it a shot. I can say that our server Devin was very good. Very attentive and personal. My wife chose the Bloomin Chicken dinner and I chose the Crispy Bloomin sandwich. Both meals were heavily salted and over cooked in our opinion. I would rate the food below average. Although we are only in this area several times a year, I would unfortunately not go to this restaurant again.
We had our company Christmas party here and the server, Adam, was great! I called with a question for the manager, and Jason was so friendly and polite and helped me out tremendously! Very pleased with the service!

The food here was excellent. There was a 30 minute wait, we did go on Friday night so that is typically for a Friday wherever you go.me and my wife didn't mind waiting. This is are 2nd time coming here and we will be back again.
