My granddaughters wanted Sonic and we haven't been in a very long time. I ordered on the app at 2:47 order confirmed. We arrived at Sonic at 2:57. According to the instructions it says to pull into a stall and push the buttons, so we pull into the stall and the light was already blinking, but I pushed it anyway. Just left after being in the drive thru for 15 minutes just for them to lie and say they don’t have ice cream. How do you not have ice cream when the main reason people still eat here is dessert!!! Lazy! It’s 2 hours before you close, why are y’all already lying about running out of ice cream? Either fire them all or just shut it down, it’s always something with this sonic.

This place is a mess. I had to wait in line for over about 20 mins with only two cars in the drive-thru line. Nobody was even at the window taking orders. So of course I didn't get any food. This place customer service really sucks!!!
