First let me say that the shaved ice was fantastic. It was very good. My only issues are that it was very uncustomizable, I'm not a huge fan of that. If I want a specific flavor but I don't want a large (the portion sizes are massive btw), then I should be able to get that same flavor as a small or medium (not the case here, I would've had to get the large. We wanted to give this a place try since we were craving shaved ice. I got the mochi Heaven but substituted the strawberry SunO base for the taro base, which is only $0.50 extra. The taro taste is the same as taro milk tea. Mochi and condensed milk always goes well with either strawberry or taro shaved ice. This establishment offers a wide array of sweet and frozen treats! I've heard that the boba tastes like battery acid but that does not deter our brave team members from slurping down the tasty beverages. The staff working there is always courteous and kind, being very quick and efficient with their work.
