Kenneth is the most respectful man I have come across in fast food. I was dreading coming to Taco Bell at 1130 pm but my pregnant wife was craving it. 9 times out of 10 you have bad fast food workers attitudes to deal with. Kenneth was so respectful and kind he didn’t make me feel rushed and I was quick. There was another gentlemen who gave me my food who was just as respectful. WOW I’m blown away! My food did not turn out well, and I went inside to get a refund. Hannah, the general manager, was kind, patient, professional, and honest during our interaction. I'd come back again JUST for her service.

Door dasher orders are not they are not organized with precision and preparation for online orders and special orders, and the regular drive thru to order food is frustrating and seems to have to get better system for prepaid orders as well as paying customers that are coming to restaurant to order
