I came to Applebees and my server Aireale was phenomenal. I walked in she welcome me before I hit my seats. Took her time to explain the menu and broke down the liquor to me to the T. I will definitely be coming back and I’m not from Georgia and the Applebees from where I’m from never game me this service 10 stars ⭐️ to them !!!
Julie was OUTSTANDING! She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. Her customer service was TOP TIERKid-friendliness: She made sure my daughter was taken care of with all of her special requests

I haven't been to a restaurant that was so terrible. The waitress was new, and she was trying. But she was getting no help. You heard other employees talking about each other. Food service was so slow. It's just too much to say. I'm just surprised they are still open.
