I frequently visit this particular location for several reasons. It's close to where I work, it's always nicely decorated for any occasion, the food always tastes delicious and the service is impeccable. Tierra, the GM, always has this IHOP on point! I highly recommend visiting this IHOP on Douglas Blvd, you will enjoy it.
Laturno is a true TEAM PLAYER! She stepped in as our waitress when there was no one else to service us. She was very friendly, kind and patient.The food was delicious and came out right on time!Some, NOT ALL, of the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. SOME could work on their personable skills, especially when working in the field of hospitality and customer service!
