BBQ sandwich a complete letdown Neither had much meat but one in particular didn't even make a pass across the cheese. It was burned to a crisp, as though they were scraping the bottom of the barrel to make my food. Nothing like the ad. I was very disappointed and not for the first time at Sonic. Alsoy food was stone cold, since it was apparently made when ordered but no one was available to deliver for nearly an hour. Really don't know who to blame that on. Wow I’m surprised to see these people are still open. they go super slow, I been here at the drive thru I’ve been waiting 10 mins I would’ve been left but I already paid, wow this place is horrible worst son is I have ever been

They are understaffed. However the ladies working there are kind, friendly, and working hard. This is not the first Sonic I have been to that is understaffed It seems to be therir business model now - which is sad - because it was not like this before they sold out to a national company.
