The wait was over 30min. We ended up having to leave and go somewhere else, that was 2 months ago. Haven't really wanted to try it again....update 03/05/24...1st off ordered only one chicken bacon ranch loaded fries, but worked our bc I had a teenager with me that originally didn't want anything and then when they smelled my food they were ravenous, glad they ended up getting me two and not a bad price at about 8$. WENT FROM 5 STARS TO 3!!ZAXBY'S JUST DOESN'T BELIEVE IN GREETING THEIR CUSTOMERS. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY LOOK FOR THE RUDEST PEOPLE THEY CAN FIND AND TASK THEM TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC.

Got the chicken tenders in nuclear sauce. Get them about twice a year, and they never failed me yet. Great comfort food. The leftover tenders, I chopped them up, heated them, and mixed them into a salad. The cashiers are always friendly and polite. That's why I go mainly. Good food and good service are what I want. I appreciate it when they're polite, I was raised that way, always glad to see it in others
