“This place is very nice to customers. The half and half chicken is a big portion of food and you can get half with one sauce and half with another. Parking is limited but there is more in the back. The food is very good. Update: still an amazing restaurant and there food is still wonderful. The bulgogi salad was delicious.“
“This is a good place to have a quiet late lunch/early dinner. The server and the chef were really nice. And getting your food won’t take long. The taste is very good. Especially the fried calamari, and its sauce.Since I am allergic to cucumber, I asked if I could exchange the cucumber for cream cheese or something else, but they wanted to charge extra for the other topping.Would go back to try the fried rice.“
“Sushi was really good and reasonable priced, tastes very fresh. Great and kind service!! Very homey and relaxing atmosphere. Food did take a minute to come but it was well worth the wait. This place definitely focuses on quality not quantity, and they deliver that quality very well. All in all 5/5“
“First time at Saka-E.I ordered 3 special rolls (Trust Me, Caterpillar, Rainbow) and some Sashimi. There was nothing wrong with Sashimi. They were fresh and cleanly cut, and the presentation was well executed. However, the rolls were quite lacking, and this was a big deal for me since I’m more of a rolls guy than a Sashimi guy.1. Rolls were small and had stingy amounts of ingredients on the inside, resulting in the majority of its composition being made up of rice.2. Rolls were pretty much flavorless and no amount of soy sauce could fix it. Probably the result of the rolls having so much rice and very little of the other ingredients.3. Caterpillar roll didn’t come topped with eel sauce and they included tiny bits of eel on the inside. On the contrary, they included huge chunks of cream cheese so that’s literally all i could taste; yuck!If in the future I am looking for sashimi, then maybe, just maybe, I would return. However, I don’t see myself going back to Saka-E for their bland rolls.PS - Their salad dressing and miso soup were on point and delicious.“
“A Japanese couple operates the restaurant. Have very limited capacity and your order might take a while to cook, but it's always great experience!Because there is limited seating and the chef does not have unlimited energy, you should call before you enter the store to make reservations. If you are new to the restaurant, I strongly recommend you to order their bento box special (A, B, C).“
“Classic Japanese menu, all the best hits, and also a great selection of things you may not can get everywhere like bento boxes and sushi dinners. Overall satisfied with our anniversary dinner. The server checked on us more than I would have expected, which was great because my fiance is a "gulper" of tea hahaVegetarian options: I noticed several veggie options in most categories though that isn't what I orderedDietary restrictions: Fiance is gluten-intolerant and they had plenty of options“
“Well priced meal and we thoroughly enjoyed our food. We’ve been in search of a Thai place and this may be it. My 7 year old loved her “katsu” kids boat meal- she’s very picky and so we were nervous about taking her to a Thai place, but one look at that boat that her food came in pretty much sold her. It’s such a relief when we can find a restaurant we are all happy with, SriThai really nailed it for us.I ordered the Pad Thai and my husband ordered Pad Prik with chicken which came with white rice. Both were fantastic and my husband said when we go back that he is going to order it again, he loved it that much. We also ordered soft shell crab- good but not necessarily memorable and some salmon nigiri which I thought was very good.We finished dinner with the coconut mango rice which was phenomenal. Generous with the coconut milk and fresh mango and I’m still dreaming about it post dinner. So yum. Very fair prices IMO. We will definitely be back.“
“Great vibes and prompt service. Even the out of the ordinary specialty rolls were really tasty. We tried the XXX and Birthday roll. We must have been doing something right cause they brought us a couple of fried Oreos on the house. We will be going back.“
“A fusion Asian restaurant with a mix of Korean and Chinese cuisine. The interior was nicely decorated and the servers were friendly. The pig's feet were good, the nurungji stew was good, and the atmosphere was nice. However, the food was a bit sweet for me. All in all, it was worth eating. It's just that authentic food tastes better to my taste.“
“5 star!! Despite the high-priced menus, it is worth every penny. Two of us ordered 2-person sushi and sashimi deluxe. We got plenty of side dishes including fried shrimp, grilled salmon and many other things to enjoy. Servers are super nice. You get a quiet separate room for the meal course. You will not be disappointed.“
“The name says it’s all. Fish Market Resturant. This mom and pop shop earned my business. We decided to come after eyeing it for a while. Inside, there’s an open kitchen with many fish tanks. The resturant is kind of small. Maybe 4 tables max. But a party up to 6 can dine comfortably. The menu was in Korean but the owner was able to help us order. We ordered the sashimi platter for 2 people. This platter comes with various side dishes such as edamame, seaweed salad, fish pancake, fried napa pancakes, and mushroom. The sashimi platter was really fresh and tasted sooo good. My only complaint with the platter is the sashimi selection. While I don’t mind eating anything that was served, the resturant should offer more sashimi options.“
“Beautifully decorated hibachi spot! The experience was great from beginning to end. The restaurant has a nice ambiance to it, not too much bright light (which I love), so it felt welcoming and relaxing. We got hibachi combination with ribeye, shrimp and salmon. The portions were large and filling. The California rolls were very tasty. The hibachi dinners come with soup, salad, main course and dessert of sherbet or ice cream. It was a fun experience, our chef was nice and interactive- fun for the kiddos as well! Our server was very attentive and kind. The drinks were good (I had what is the equivalent to a Long Island and a Mojito), would recommend.“
“I frequent this location and finally decided to try out their food. I ordered:1. Mountain Roll2. Spider Roll3. Rainbow Roll4. Fish Salad BowlMy order came with some side dishes. I'm not sure if the side dishes are a part of the rolls or the Fish Salad Bowl but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless. I also received two bowls of miso soup, which were delicious. All of their rolls were at least decent but my favorite was the Mountain Roll, which I found to be delicious. The Rainbow Roll was well made as well, but this is more of a classic that every restaurant carries. Another classic, which is the Spider Roll, was my least favorite of the three. Maybe it had to do with the fact that it came soaked in eel sauce. I didn't find their eel sauce to be that tasty and being drenched in it didn't help. The fish salad bowl was pretty good. It came with cuts of cheap fish such as salmon and tilapia... but it being a $20 dish made it understandable.Overall, good experience for the price you pay. Seemed like a very reasonably priced restaurant and quality of the food was good.PS - I didn't take pictures of the rolls because I dumped my to-go boxes upside down so the rolls were a mess.“
“We had The Most delightful waitress! What a joy and blessing she was!We were especially hungry having delayed lunch because of dental appointments. The children were split as to where to eat, but our appointments ran so long that our other choice was negated. So, when we arrived, we had a grumpy person. This waitress sparkled. She went out of her way to answer all our questions, cheer the children, make each person feel special, and quickly bring delicious food. The spicy seafood tomato soup was Outstanding! Absolutely perfect on a blustery Spring day. Light, warm and spicy.. aromatic with basil and tomato soup. Mmm! The Bento boxes were beautiful! Large, lacquered black and red boxes brimming with ginger salad, a spring roll, rice, and the entry. Fantastic. The mango shrimp sushi wafted mango and spicy sauce through the room as she set it jauntily in front of us. Oh! What an aroma! Each dish was as described and tasted SO good! Our wonderful waitress even went next door to Mochinut to get bobas for our grumps!Wow! Everything was wonderful and better than anticipated! Thank you for turning the day around and cheering the group after such a long day of sitting. If I could give the waitress more stars, I would.Everything was outstanding, and she was Stellar.Thank you.Dietary restrictions: The waitress was very considerate of allergies and dietary concerns.Kid-friendliness: Amazingly friendly wait staff and hostess. We felt very welcomed.“
“The guy that served me was so sweet! The food was really good and he gave me a serving of some soup liquid they had and it was SO good and felt so warm and soothing when I drank it. Excellent for the price as well I got a huge bowl for only 14$!“
“The sushi was great!! We got take out but the vibe of the place was so cool that we’d definitely come back to dine in one day. My only issue is that the edamame was WAY too salty and kinda ruined it for me. Other than that, it was delicious!“
“Food were great, people were very nice. I was able to hear almost everyone else's conversation. If they would make better partition or some sort of quiet music to ease the noise, this would be 5 stars all categories. Took one off atmosphere for that.“
“My rating definitely has more so to do with the staff and service. They were good people and made the experience there enjoyable. My husband loved his sashimi. We didn't try the hibachi but based on the volume of people that were there on Saturday night, we might need to try that.“
