My order is wrong 1/3 of the time and the staff looks like they hate life. I don't blame them, as much as Wendy's costs they should definitely be paid more but if you don't like your job get a new one. I won't be coming back to this location.

I have been to this Wendy's a few times and always had good service no matter the time of day. I was there for dinner and while waiting there was another customer had an issue and it escalated. The employees and manager handled it well and calmly, it seems like there is a good team working there.

This place has gotten so much better and in the entire time I’ve gone here, I’ve only had one specific bad experience and that was about three years ago with a cashier they had working there at the time. Since then, they really got their act together so I took down the one star review I wrote at the time. The employees they got these days are a lot nicer and caring than those they’ve had before.
