I went through drive thru and ordered a large chicken sandwich combo with Lemonade. When I got back to my office I bit into sandwich and chicken was rubbery. Meaning it’s under cooked. Also had pink undertone. I called store to inform them about what occurred. Spoke to female manager, she was apologetic and said this happens sometimes, which is scary to think that this happens often which could put the public at risk for becoming ill. Ordered via the Zaxby app where it offers delivery. Missing items. App says to call store. Called store and incessantly told they don’t offer delivery and won’t help with the missing items and kept telling me to contact the delivery company that they used when I don’t know who they used.

This is a very well run Zaxby's. The drive thru line was a little long when we arrived but the service was super fast. The food was hot and the cashier was very polite. Oh and they had a 100 on their health score.
