“Random night..order a lot of food on uber eats and they cancelled while in route to me and i was extremely upset. I happen to drive by Taco Bell and see they were open. I haven’t eaten at Taco Bell in years. I had alot of questions at the drive thru menu and the employee “Sage” was funny informative and pleasant at 1245am. GREAT customer service at such an obscure hour. My food was made to order and she even suggested the Volcano hard taco and it was good! Thanks Sage!!“
“My daughter got sick as we were parking. We were near the drivethru window. One of the food runners saw, brought us napkins, then came back after she was better to giver her gatorade, water, and crackers. It was top notch customer service and, honestly, I wasnt a bit surprised. Thank you!“

“My husband and I visited this location on 8/22 because we really just wanted 2 Super Cinnamon Swirls. We went to the drive-thru, and even though there were two other vehicles ahead of us, the attendant acknowledged our presence and received our order.I was pleasantly surprised to see that the workers were wearing hair nets and they were VERY cordial AND professional. (I was surprised because of how we've been treated when ordering food in the same community.)It was very refreshing to receive quality service and great tasting/well-prepared food from this establishment.“
“Ms. Z, Chris, and Kylah are the best!! One of their co-workers kept getting my sandwich wrong but was also getting visibly frustrated when I kept saying it was wrong. She just needs to calm down and listen (she was moving too fast and not paying attention to what I was asking for) and she will be fine. Team 3 (Ms. Z, Chris, and Kylah) was able to diffuse the situation and Kylah made my sandwich over. Chris made my son's sandwich over because that was wrong too. Thank you ladies and GENTLEMAN!
