I was charged more than the usual prices at other Subway restaurants(by $10), all because I wanted shredded cheese on my Subway Club instead of the provolone. And, the receipt showed a "roast beef footlong" for $9.99 plus $3.29 for turkey and ham and called it" extra fit", when the "Subway club" comes with roast beef, ham. and turkey. I was charged double the amount for each of the add-ons, chips, fountain drink, and cookies that other Subway charge. I have never paid this much...read full review

Late post but Quentin went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! He saw I didn’t like how the tuna was looking and made sure I got some fresh tuna, I was willing to get a different sandwich but he said he wanted his customers satisfied.. thanks so much

3 stars were given due to service was just ok. I don't understand how someone can mess up an order by item one at a time. The food (tuna) was very bland and there were too many people trying to fix one sandwich. I guess you had to be there to understand.
