Having been a store general manager myself for several years before retirement I found this stores GM very argumentative and unwilling to listen to a calling customer. She was highly defensive and outrageously rude, not a great representative of Burger King employees. I'm not sure what's going on with this Burger King, but the three times I have stopped here over the last 2 years, there has been an extensive wait each time, and this time they gave me the wrong food in the drive thru. They fixed it without issue when I went back in, but they are having some serious and ongoing staffing issues or something.

Best BK around. Food is hot and fresh and they are friendly and professional. I don't know what changed specifically but it is a great experience now. We avoid the one on Washington rd as they clearly hate their jobs. It's worth going a few extra miles to come here.
