Food is exactly what you expect from McDonalds. They forgot part of my order and their dr pepper was out of syrup. When I went back to explain the manager called for a replacement, but the person I told about the Dr pepper stared at me blankly. I repeated and he replied "you want a dr pepper?" And proceeded to take a cup and refill it, to which I repeated again the mixture was off and he ignored or didn't understand. Says they open at 5am, placed a mobile order and pull up at 5:20a and told ‘sorry, we’re not ready yet’, so I wait until 5:35a and try again, ‘sorry we’re not ready yet’.I ask about cancelling a mobile order and I’m told I can do it thru the app, which turns out is not true, I’ll have to call this location direct to dispute the charge. What a headache.

The ONLY reason this place is getting anything more than a one star is because of the sweet older gentleman who brings the food out to the cars waiting! He always fixes the mess ups caused by the other employees that simply do not listen, pay attention, or care about their place of employment. Never good service at the windows, never have everything that I’ve ordered. That sweet old man deserves a raise, and employee of the month, every month.
