First time I've been to this chain. I'm from NY, so of course we don't have any zaxby's chicken! Was told this chicken would change my life, lol. It's good! It's not life changing, but it was worth the walk from the barracks that I was staying in while at training. Three stars because it's Zaxby's and everyone loves Zaxby's. However, this Zaxby's is probably the worst when it comes to customer service. The workers are not friendly and if you ask for sauce you are reminded right away that it cost 25 cents for each. If you order something and ask for sauce they will ask you what you need sauce for haha. On my recent visit I asked for honey mustard since we did not get Zaxby's sauce on our sandwiches. Went during my lunch break to see try this new chicken Philly. It was amazing along with some very hot fries. Plus the service was extremely fast and polite. All I ask for is some more fries with the meals ?? them things were to good !!
